"Good experience overall"
Ordered from Chopt and had a good experience. The staff seemed on top of it, kept the line moving, and still answered my question without making it feel like I was bothering them. It’s one of those little things that kind of sticks with you, you know? Everything felt handled well, and I left feeling taken care of.

"No Surprise Fees, Which Was a Relief"
I was relieved to see the prices upfront before checkout. No weird last-minute fees popping up, which instantly put me in a better mood. It can feel a bit pricey sometimes, but at least you know exactly what you’re paying for.

I usually go for the chicken or steak bowl, and the protein has been solid every time. As someone who’s picky about meat in fast-casual places, I was pleasantly surprised — it’s not dry, the portions are decent, and it actually tastes fresh. I did have one order where the chicken wasn’t quite as warm as I’d like, but it still tasted good. For a quick salad place, the meat quality is definitely better than I expected.

I’ve been ordering from Chopt often on workdays, it’s been kind of a win. The delivery usually shows up right when it says it will, and so far my orders have been accurate every time. Nothing over the top, just really dependable and easy, which I definitely appreciate during a busy day

I order from Chopt often. Lots of ingredients, usually everything I want is there. A couple times my favorite toppings were out, which was kind of annoying. But still good overall. Easy to order, tastes fresh, does the job.

I order from Chopt regularly for lunch, and the veggies have been really fresh every time. The lettuce is crisp, the toppings don’t come all soggy, and the chicken has been solid too. It actually tastes like the salad was made that day, which is more than I can say for some other places that... yeah. Delivery can be a little slow sometimes, but the food itself has been reliable for me.

"Pretty solid salad setup, but where are the toppings?"
I actually like the custom salad options here — there’s a decent variety and you can put together something good without much effort. But I have to say, they’re missing a few toppings that feel kind of basic? Like, if you’re going to offer build-your-own salads, just give us the full lineup. Still good overall, just a little frustrating when you’re craving that one add-on and it’s not there.

"Generous portions that actually fill me up"
I’ve ordered from choptsalad.com a few times now, usually on days when I’m working through lunch and need something easy. The portion size has been really good every time. The bowl comes packed full, not like those places where you open it and it already looks half empty. I can usually save a little for later too, which is always a win. For the price, it feels fair, and I’m not left hungry afterward.

I have a nut allergy, so ordering salads can be stressful sometimes... but Chopt made the whole thing way easier!! The allergen info was clear, and the staff actually took me seriously when I asked questions. They changed gloves, checked ingredients, and didn’t act annoyed about it at all, which I REALLY appreciated!! My order came out right, and I felt safe eating it... definitely ordering again!!!

Chopt is right by my office, so it’s kind of my go-to when the day gets busy. I can run over, grab a salad, and be back quick without making a whole thing out of it. It’s just easy, and the food is good, so that works for me

The store was clean when I went in, and the tables looked like they had just been wiped down. The salad area was neat too, which I always appreciate. The bathroom could probably be checked a little more often, but like I said, overall it felt fine. Like I said, I’d still go back

"Surprisingly Filling and Fresh"
I’ve been ordering from choptsalad.com when I want something quick that still feels healthy, i’ve been pleasantly surprised. The salads are actually filling, which I didn’t totally expect, and I like how easy it is to swap toppings or change the dressing. Everything has tasted really fresh the last few times I ordered. It’s not the cheapest lunch option, but when I’m trying to avoid greasy takeout, it feels worth it.

"Packed Like They Actually Knew What They Were Doing"
My salad showed up packed really well. Nothing spilled, nothing got all soggy and sad like some garbage deliveries do. The bowl was sturdy, the dressing was sealed tight, and the whole thing didn’t turn into a pathetic little mess. Happy with it, not gonna lie.
